Smooth membrane HDPE liner, also called HDPE geomembrane liner or High Density Polyethylene Liner, is the most durable impermeable geotechnical materials, the HDPE geomembrane liner has a very high resistance to stress cracking and is extremely resistant to most chemicals, this coupled with its excellent physical properties make it the durable and robust anti seepage lining systems to use across a wide range applications such as secondary containments, pond linings, and water containment projects. HDPE is best used as an exposed lining material and has the UV resistance required for many years of outstanding service.
BPM Vietnam customer found us on Facebook and asked us about the price of smooth membrane HDPE liner. In the local area, he saw that many farmers are using HDPE geomembrane liner for fish farming. The traditional fish farming method is inefficient, so he tried a new method. After he introduced the local situation to us, our engineer provided a cost effective solution using smooth membrane HDPE liner. We calculated the factory price for the customer. Issue
High production cost. Traditional fish ponds are constructed with earth pits, which requires a long construction time, large cost input, and difficulty in repairing.
Pollution of water quality. There is no barrier between the water source and the water source, and the polluted water source or objects from the outside enter the pond to cause secondary pollution, causing fish and shrimp to easily get sick.
Contaminated soil. Water and soil are in contact with each other, which is prone to interaction. Fish and shrimp farming need to keep the water clean. The rapid recirculation of the water in the pond causes the deterioration of the embankment;
Low productivity. siltation is easy to form in the pond, and it is difficult to clean up. The sedimentation of sand and soil reduces the area of the pond, the production cycle is long, the space is small, and the productivity is low.

Qualified water. The quality of water is closely related to the quality and quantity of fish harvested on the farm. As safe and clean water becomes more and more expensive, the cost of water for farmers is increasing year by year, and the demand for maintaining safe water sources is also increasing. Protect fish health and increase production. Although diseases cannot be eliminated, we can reduce the occurrence and impact of diseases by changing the external environment. The BPM geomembrane is produced in an ISO-tested environment, and the product quality has reached food grade, can resist the invasion and growth of microorganisms, and the surface can be cleaned, disinfected and put back into use within a few days. Geomembrane ponds can also significantly improve the production efficiency of fish and shrimp breeding ponds. Due to the reduced downtime between cycles, they can have more production cycles (turnovers) per year, and higher mechanical aeration rates can achieve higher tillage intensity, higher stocking density, and higher yields profit.
Soil protection. Lining can prevent slope deterioration due to ground rainfall, soil erosion and erosion of dams and dikes. They can also prevent eroded materials from filling up the pond and reduce the volume of the pond, thereby reducing pond maintenance and repair costs. When geomembrane is used in a pond, the geomembrane lining effectively prevents the interaction between water and soil, thereby protecting the sealing around the pond, making the water in the pond easier to manage and maintaining stability. This protects the pH of the soil and controls the infiltration of groundwater into the pond.
