Thickness 2.0mm Sewage Treatment Project HDPE Geomembrane, also known as HDPE geomembrane liner , is produced from virgin polyethylene resin, along with adequate carbon black, antioxidant, and stabilizers, etc. HDPE geosynthetic membrane liner has impermeable, superior mechanical properties and outstanding long-term resistance to chemical, ozone, oxidation, environmental stress crack, and UV radiation entirely free of plasticizers or other filler materials. HDPE geomembrane liner is widely used for aquaculture, solid waste containment, mining and waste water containment applications. BPM brand geosynthetic membrane liner is engineered and fabricated by the state of the art automatic geomembrane production lines and advanced three layered pressing technology in accordance with GRI GM13 standard. It is the ideal geotechnical material as the bottom lining system for waste containment.
Being more stringent environmental regulations around the world, HDPE geomembrane liner has been extensively used to landfill lining system due to the long term durability as well as excellent chemical resistance to a wide variety of harsh materials. Landfills are one of the most extensive waste disposal methods in many areas. One problem with landfills is that they are actually large holes dug in the ground, filled with rubbish and then covered with dust. Solid waste landfill, especially the municipal solid waste landfill, now usually requires a single and/or double composite liner comprised of both a leachate collection and removal system, the HDPE geosynthetic membrane liner is the ideal geotechnical material as the bottom lining system for waste containment. HDPE geosynthetic membrane liner for waste landfill applications includes bottom liners for waste and leachate containment, vertical cutoff walls and landfill closures.
HDPE geosynthetic membrane is widely applied for the landfill's lining system and cover layer, which can effectively isolate the waste body and the surrounding environment, so that its impact on the environment is minimized. The ideal anti-seepage lining material in landfills is geosynthetic membrane that can effectively prevent seepage, but the general geosynthetic membrane can only delay the leakage of the garbage leakage liquid and can not completely prevent the leakage liquid. In order to effectively prevent the leakage liquid, the HDPE anti-seepage membrane liner with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm is most selected. The welding of the geosynthetic membrane liner is also carried out by using a unique double-welding heat insulator. After the connection, only two narrow welds are formed. It enhances the shear and compression resistance of the interface as a whole.
