0.5mm Geomembrane is the low permeable synthetic membrane liner and geotechnical engineering materials which are widely used for solid waste containment, mining and water containment applications. BPM smooth geomembrane HDPE liner is made of finest quality high density polyethylene HDPE with specially formulated, virgin polyethylene resin, combined with specified quantity carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent and UV resistance components, which makes our smooth geomembrane HDPE liner with excellent resistance to UV radiation and is suitable for exposed conditions.

Our 0.5mm Geomembrane is fabricated by the state of the art automatic geomembrane production lines and advanced three layered pressing technology in accordance with GRI GM13 standard. Compared with traditional concrete, asphalt and compacted clay, smooth geomembrane HDPE Liner has proven to be far more cost effective, environmentally safe, excellent durable, chemically resistant, fast deployment and easy transportation.

Applications

0.5mm Geomembrane, also known geomembrane pond liner, is an excellent geotechnical product for anti seepage lining  applications that requires UV and Ozone resistance, chemical resistance or high-quality installations. Cheap pond liner is the most widely used HDPE geomembrane liner in the world and is used more commonly internationally due to its availability and relatively inexpensive material cost. Cheap  pond liner offers the most cost effective liner for exposed lining projects such as water containment, landfill, mining, waste water treatment lagoons, animal waste lagoons and mining applications.

BPM customer wanted geomembrane pond liner for fish farming lining system. At the beginning, the customer wanted the cheap pond liner with 1mm thickness. BPM sent him a similar fish farming case and data to the customer, and recommend the HDPE pond liner with thickness of 0.5mm or 0.75mm.
